Important Notes

MZD Inc. hereby remind users specially of reading carefully and fully understanding this "Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). Users should carefully read and fully understand all provisions in the "Agreement", including clauses for exempting or limiting responsibilities of MZD Inc. and clauses for restricting user rights. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not to accept the "Agreement" (minors should read under the accompany of their legal guardians). Unless you accept all the terms of the "Agreement", otherwise you are not authorized to register, login or use related services involved in this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other related actions will be deemed to accept the "Agreement", and agree to accept all constraints in provisions of this agreement.

This "Agreement" describes rights and obligations between MZD Inc. and users on the “Loving” service. "User" refers to the individual or the organization who registers, logins, uses and browses this service. This "Agreement" can be updated at any time by MZD Inc., terms updated once being announced shall substitute original ones in the Agreement, please forgive us for not giving specific notices, users can read the latest version of the Agreement on this website. If users do not accept the terms of the "Agreement" revised by MZD Inc., they shall stop using the service provided by MZD Inc. immediately, continuing to use the service provided by MZD Inc. shall be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

I. Service Regulations

1. Users shall fully understand and agree that the Loving service of MZD Inc. just provide a platform only for sharing, conveying and obtaining information for them, they must be responsible for all actions of IDs registered, including any contents conveyed and any consequences occurring. Users shall have their own judgments on contents of Loving service provided by MZD Inc. and shoulder all risks caused by contents they have used, including risks arising from the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the contents. MZD Inc. can not and will not undertake responsibilities for any loss or damage caused by behaviors of users.

2. Contents in the Loving service provided by MZD Inc. or contents conveyed by users in the Loving service provided by MZD Inc. do not reflect views or policies of MZD Inc., the company shall not take any related responsibilities.

3. Users shall fully understand and agree that the Loving service provided by MZD Inc. is a point-to-point real-time communication product based on relationship between lovers, they should be fully responsible for the authenticity, legitimacy and effectiveness of the information registered in the Loving service provided by MZD Inc., they shall not impersonate others; shall not spread any information under in others’ name; shall not use account names of other users maliciously and lead to misidentification; otherwise MZD Inc. has the right to immediately cease to provide the service and withdraw the IDs in the service, and all the legal responsibilities shall be undertook by the user alone.

4. User shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legitimacy, innocuousness and effectiveness of information conveyed on the website of the Loving service provided by MZD Inc., they shall bear all legal responsibilities relating to the information spreading by them, and MZD Inc. bear no responsibility at all.

5. MZD Inc. reserves the right for altering, suspending, limiting, terminating or repealing part of or all the contents in the Loving service at any time without any notice due to the need for business development, users need to take this risk.

6. The Loving service may include ads, users shall agree to display ads provided by the Loving service of MZD Inc. , the third-party suppliers and partners when using.

7. Users shall not make use of the Loving service of MZD Inc. to make, upload, copy and send the following contents:

(1) against the basic principles identified by the constitution;

(2) endangering national security, divulging national secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unification;

(3) harming national honor and interests;

(4) inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) undermining national religious policy and promoting cults and superstitions;

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social orders and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder and terrorism or abetting crimes;

(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) other contents containing information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

8. According to its reasonable judgment, MZD Inc. has the right to stop the transmission of any contents which violate relevant laws and regulations or terms of the Agreement; infringe, impair and threaten rights or security of anyone, or counterfeit behaviors of others, and also has the right to take suitable legal actions to anyone who has violated this term based on its reasonable judgment, these actions include but not limit to delete illegal, infringed and improper contents in the Loving service of MZD Inc., deprive of the membership of violators and stop providing part of or all of service, and reserve relevant information and report to the Department concerned according to the laws and regulations.

9. Rights and obligations of users:

(1) The ownership of IDs in the Loving service belongs to MZD Inc.. After procedures of applying and registering, users get the right to use IDs of the service, this right belongs to the initial register and is forbidden to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell to others. Due to the need of management, MZD Inc. has the right to withdraw IDs of users in the Loving service.

(2) Users have the right to change and delete personal information, registration information and contents conveyed on the website of the Loving service, but they should still note that when the relevant information is deleted, the text and pictures stored in users’ systems will also be deleted. Users need to undertake this risk.

(3) Users are responsible for safekeeping the information and passwords of their IDs registered, and shall undertake legal liability under their IDs and passwords. Users shall agree to not use others’ IDs and passwords. When they suspect that others are using their IDs or passwords, they shall immediately notify the company.

(4) Users should comply with all terms of this agreement and use the service properly. If they breach any provision of this agreement, the company has the right to terminate the service according to the Agreement. At the same time, the company reserves the right to withdraw IDs and users names for the Loving service at any time.

(5) After registering an ID for the Loving service, if the user does not use it for a very long time, the company has the right to withdraw this ID for saving resources, and problems arising from this shall be embraced by the user.

Ⅱ. Privacy Protection

Users agree that personal private information refers to the information which can identify or relates to personal communication, including: real names of users, ID numbers, mobile phone numbers and IP addresses. While non-personal private information refers to the operating state and habits of users on this service, other basic recoding information which clearly and objectively reflect on the server of the company, common information not in the scope of personal private information, and above private information users agree to open to the public.

Respecting personal private information of users is a consistent system of MZD Inc., the company will take reasonable measures to protect personal private information of users, except as otherwise stipulated by laws or government departments granted by laws, or agreed by users. The company shall not disclose personal private information to the third party without the consent of users. However, if users choose to agree , or except as otherwise stipulated by the company or cooperation parties, users shall take any risk arising from this, and the company bears no responsibility. Meanwhile, in order to operate and improve the technologies and service of MZD Inc., the company may collect and use, or provide non-personal private information or users to the third party, which will be helpful for the company to provide better user experience and improve the service quality of the company.

Users agree that, when using the Loving service of MZD Inc., they shall be also subject to the privacy policy of the company. Accepting terms of this agreement is deemed to accept the privacy policy of the company.

Ⅲ. Trademark information of the Loving service of MZD Inc.

Graphics, text or their components involved in the Loving service of MZD Inc. and other symbols and names of products and service of the company are all trademarks of MZD Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the logo of MZD Inc.”). Users shall not display, use, or dispose the logo of MZD Inc. in any way before getting the written consent of the company, and also shall not indicate others that they have right to display, use, or dispose the logo of MZD Inc.

Ⅳ. Legal liabilities and exemptions

1. If users breach the Agreement or other relevant service terms and cause any claims or losses of any third party, including reasonable attorney's fees, user agree to indemnify MZD Inc. and its cooperation companies and associate company, and protect them from losses.

2. All losses users suffer due to the third party, such as the communication line failure, technical problems, network and computer failure, system instability of the telecommunications sector and other kinds of force majeure, MZD Inc. and its cooperation companies do not assume responsibilities.

3. When the normal operation of the service is impacted due to force majeure, for example, technical faults, MZD Inc. and its cooperation companies promise to cooperate with relevant units in the first time and repair it timely, but all losses users suffered shall not be assumed by MZD Inc. and its cooperation companies.

4. Like other Internet services, this service will be impacted by, but not limited to, reasons of users, poor network service, social environment and other factors, it may suffer from all kinds of security problems, for instance, data of users are used by others, causing harassment in real life; other software downloaded or installed or other websites users visit contain viruses, such as “Trojan Virus”, which threaten the security of information and data of users and affect the normal use of this service. Users should strengthen the consciousness of protecting information and data and pay attention to the password protection, so as to avoid losses and harassment.

5. User must understand that this service, which is available on the Internet, may be impacted by unstable factors at various steps, Therefore, there is risk existing in this service due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, unstable systems, users’ location, the shutdown of users, as well as service interruption in any other technology, Internet and communication lines, resulting requirements of users can not be met. Users shall bear the risk mentioned above and MZD Inc. does not warrant. Users can not send or receive reading information, or send wrong information due to reasons mentioned above, the company does not undertake any responsibility.

6. User must understand that there exist risks from any other people during the process of using this service, including threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal contents or behaviors or anonymous or pseudonymous information infringing others rights (including intellectual property rights). Users must shoulder these risks and MZD Inc. and its cooperation companies do not conduct any kind of warranty, whether explicit or implied, including implied warranties and conditions for the authenticity, commerciality, serviceability, ownership and non-infringement. Direct, indirect, incidental, special and subsequent losses of users arising from improper or illegal use of the service shall not be shouldered by MZD Inc. and cooperative companies.

7. The information contents defined by MZD Inc. include: texts, software, voices, photos, videos, pictures, charts, all the content in the advertisement and commercial information provided for users by MZD Inc., all these contents are protected by laws of copyrights, trademarks, other intellectual property rights and ownership. Therefore, users can only use these contents with the authorization from MZD Inc. and advertisers, and they cannot duplicate, modify and compile these contents, or create relevant derivative products.

MZD Inc. undertakes no responsibility for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or punishment loss in any case, including profit loss of users arising from the use of the Loving service of MZD Inc. (even when the Loving service of MZD Inc. has been informed that loss). Although there may be some inconsistent provisions in this agreement, MZD Inc. shall take full responsibility for users, and will charge no more than fees (if any)users have paid for the Loving service of the company within the duration of the membership for any reason or in any way.

Ⅴ. Management Rules of Loving Community

The Loving service is asocial product related to real life, we hope that users shall respect mutually and follow the same social etiquettes in reality.

In order to avoid being reported by users and being banned the service, please observe the following principles:

1. Please do not send the texts, pictures and voice information containing sexual harassment;

2. Please do not use pornographic, obscene or other unpleasant portraits or data;

3. Please do not use words with abuses, intimidation, threats;

4. Please do not use release various spam, malicious and deceptive information;

5. Please do not steal other people's portraits or data, please do not disguise the identity of others;

6. Please do not issue improper political speeches or any speech violating national laws and policies.

Blocked users due to violation of the Agreement, can query the deblocking time at the customer service center, and can deblock by themselves after the expiration of blocking.

If users violate the community management rules, MZD Inc. has the right to terminate IDs of the Loving service and stop providing service according to the Agreement. At the same time, the company reserves the right to withdraw IDs of the Loving service at any time.

Ⅵ. Other Terms

1. MZD Inc. solemnly remind users to pay attention to terms about exemptions of the company and terms about users’ obligations, users should read them carefully and think about risks. Minors shall read the” Agreement" under the accompany of their legal guardians. Above all the terms the final right of interpretation and revision for all terms above is vested in MZD Inc..

2. Any clause with all or part of contents null and void in this "Agreement" shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

3 3. The copyright of the "Agreement" belongs to MZD Inc., and MZD Inc. reserves all rights of interpretation and revision.
